By visiting and using this website, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
Please review the Terms & Conditions carefully before using this website and/or booking or accessing any of my services.
1. Cancellations Policy for Readings, Lessons & Cleansings When you book an appointment, you reserve a dedicated space in my calendar that is no longer available to others. Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive a 50% refund .For cleanses, due to the extensive preparation and materials involved, a 7-day notice period is required. The booking deposit for cleanses is non-refundable, as the materials are curated specifically for you and your situation. These items cannot be reused or refunded, ensuring they are tailored to your unique needs.
2. Cancellation and Client Responsibility Policy for End of Life Doula Services If the client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Please rest assured that cancellation and amendment fees will be discussed and based on your personal circumstances at the time.
The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding their medical condition, preferences, and any other relevant information. The client understands that the Doula’s services are non-medical and are provided to offer support, guidance, and companionship. The client agrees to seek medical or legal advice from qualified professionals as needed.
3. Recording Policy for Readings, Lessons and Social Media To ensure the best possible experience, we respectfully ask that you do not record, film, or otherwise capture any reading. The use of recording devices can interfere with the reading and the connection to spirit.
If we discover that a reading is being recorded or captured, we reserve the right to take possession of the device or item and delete any recordings or representations of the reading without compensation. Additionally, we may immediately cease the reading, and no refund will be provided.
Our reputation and the confidentiality of our readings are of utmost importance. If you are found to have recorded and/or shared a reading, you will be required to meet with our solicitors and pay a substantial fee for breaching this policy and our trust.
For clients who wish to be featured on our social media, only select snippets will be shared with your direct discussion and discretion. Privacy and intellectual property policies will be signed prior to ensure mutual agreement. Please mention this in your booking if it is something you are interested in.
4. Privacy and Personal Data Collection Policy
At Vernhassa Psychic Medium, your privacy and personal data are of utmost importance. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Data Collection We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and relevant information shared during consultations. This data is collected to provide you with personalized services and to communicate with you effectively.
Data Usage Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing you with the best possible service. This includes scheduling appointments, sending reminders, and offering personalized guidance. We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
Data Protection We take all necessary measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes using secure systems and protocols to store and manage your information.
Client Rights You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. If you have any concerns about your privacy or how your data is being used, please contact us directly.
Consent By booking our services, you consent to the collection, use, and protection of your personal data as outlined in this policy.
5. Arriving Late to Your Appointment If you anticipate being late, please provide at least 30 minutes notice. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late without giving this notice, your booking may be shortened to accommodate the remaining time. Please contact me immediately if you know you will be late, so we can make the necessary arrangements.
6. Extending the Time of Your Booking At Vernhassa Psychic Medium, I always strive to provide the highest level of care and respect to each of my clients. To accommodate for any extra time that may be needed, I always leave a 15-minute buffer at the end of each session. However, as I get busier, this buffer may need to be adjusted to ensure all clients receive the same level of attention and respect.
Additional time may be needed to address extra questions. Extensions are subject to availability and will be charged at A$50 per 15 minutes after the buffer if there is adequate time between clients to do so. I will always give you a heads up when the reading is almost at time, so there are never any nasty billing surprises, you are in control of deciding to continue once the buffer is exhausted and if the time between clients is exhausted for the day I will always endeavour to book you another session as soon as possible to address your questions and concerns.
7. Rescheduling Your Reading, Cleanse or Lesson Appointments If you cannot attend and need to reschedule, 48 hours notice is required. Changes within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the original booking cost, payable within 24 hours. If rescheduling isn’t possible or the fee isn’t paid within 24 hours, your booking may be cancelled and refunded minus cancellation fees.
For cleanses, due to the extensive preparation involved, a 7-day notice period is required.
8. Refund Policy Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in the same manner as your original payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement.
9. No Shows Policy No refunds are given for no-shows. Please refer to the relevant cancellation policies above.
10. Mediumship Readings For each booking, you will be required to pay a fee. To secure your booking, the fee must be paid in full at the time of scheduling your appointment. If the payment is not received in full, your booking will not be scheduled and confirmed. Face-to-face readings incur a travel fee.
Mental health must be sound for all readings. Please note that readings are strictly 1:1 unless discussed and agreed upon beforehand. Non-compliance may result in cancellation and refunds; applicable fees may apply. To participate in your psychic medium reading, you agree to attend your appointment at the time, location, and/or by the method chosen by you when booking. Please ensure you take note of your booking details, as incorrectly scheduled bookings will be treated as missed appointments in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
11. After Hours Readings After hours reading time slots are held for International Clients and those with abnormal working hours, these are booked via email consult and the same cancellation policies apply.
12. Gift Vouchers Vouchers expire 12 months after purchase. No refunds will be provided. Services redeemed with vouchers are subject to the standard cancellation policies. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash but can be gifted to a friend or family member so long as the original purchaser emails our office to ammend the voucher on our end.
13. Ownership of Intellectual Property All materials, including video recordings, audio recordings, class notes, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all related intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of Vernhassa's Spiritual Services. No rights are granted unless explicitly provided. Consent is required for any recordings as per Clause 3.
14. Age Limit All services are offered to individuals 18 years and older.
15. Retention of Right to Change Offering We may change, stop, limit, terminate, or suspend access to our services without notice or liability.
16. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Vernhassa Psychic Medium and Spiritual Services harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses arising from your use of the website or services.
17. Good Behaviour Clause Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in immediate suspension or termination from sessions, classes, Facebook groups, workshops, or social media.
18. Pricing Policy
All prices outlined on this site are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change at any time without prior notice at Vernhassa's discretion. Due to the digital nature of the programs and courses offered, there is a no refund policy. As such, all purchases on Vernhassa's programs, physical products and virtual products are final.
19. Disclaimer I will gain insight into your life using psychic and mediumship awareness. Any readings, classes, courses, social media videos, doula services, and cleansing I provide are for guidance only. What you decide to do with the information I give you, including any actions you take, is your responsibility and choice.
Please note that readings, classes, courses, cleansings, and social media, including any questions answered, should not be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological, or business advice and are subject to your interpretation and judgment. For legal reasons, we advise that these services are offered for entertainment purposes only.
My services are not a substitute for professional services, and it is advised that you seek advice from qualified experts. Any wellness, health, medical, or professional information shared with you via text message, video call session, in person, or via email, or made available through readings, classes, doula work, courses, social media, and cleansing is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health and medical providers with any questions regarding any medical conditions.
20. Amendment of Terms and Conditions
Vernhassa Psychic Medium and Spiritual Services (ABN 62010104496) reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Please check these Terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes. Significant or substantive changes will be highlighted where possible. Your continued use of the website is conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance of these Terms, governing your and Vernhassa Psychic Medium and Spiritual Services rights and obligations to each other.
